Associate, Financial Information Systems

ROLE OVERVIEW

In the role of Associate, Financial Information Systems, the employee will be responsible for the following:

Support the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Financial Information Systems, including Workday Financials and related applications
Assist with the configuration and support of Workday Business Processes and custom validations
Provide functional support across Workday Core Financials, Suppliers, Banking, Business Assets, Procurement, and Expenses
Troubleshoot system and process issues, perform root cause analysis, and help implement practical solutions
Support new releases, enhancements, and testing activities, including validation of configuration changes of supported applications
Maintain process documentation and help ensure data accuracy, consistency, and strong operational controls
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to improve processes, enhance the end-user experience and implement AI-driven solutions
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and increased efficiency
Support day-to-day user requests and contribute to well-governed Financial Information System environment
Demonstrate familiarity with security governance and its impact on financial processes and access
