Wisable, a tech-enabled business brokerage that spun out from D. E. Shaw’s venture studio, seeks a Technical Product Manager to lead the development of its internal technology platform. This role will drive the development of AI-powered tools that support deal execution and related workflows, and is ideal for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial product leader eager to build scalable solutions that enhance business brokerage operations. This position is with Wisable, not the D. E. Shaw group. As a portfolio company of the D. E. Shaw group’s venture studio, DESCOvery, Wisable benefits from the firm’s industry expertise and network. You’ll lead the end-to-end development of internal tools and AI-driven applications that enhance Wisable’s deal execution and business processes. Key responsibilities include:

Designing and executing AI-powered workflow products to streamline business brokerage operations.
Collaborating with engineering and business teams to define product specifications and drive execution.
Managing project timelines and ensuring smooth technical implementation (some hands-on execution may be required).
Integrating new technologies, particularly LLMs, to enhance workflow automation.
