We have an open culture and encourage the flow of knowledge and ideas between all areas of the firm.About the Job ● Work closely with campus leads to help screen and interview candidates to hire intern and newgraduate classes● Represent Five Rings in leading on-campus events and initiatives, such as career fairs,information sessions, and coffee chats● Assist in building out and running early identification programs● Conduct internship midpoint and final check-ins● Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships with senior management● Collaborate with different members of the Recruiting team on various projects and improveprocesses where needed About You ● Bachelor’s degree● 2 - 4 years as a recruitment coordinator or recruiter, ideally on a campus team● Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, able to take initiative, navigate ambiguity, andproactively identify solutions without needing constant direction● Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment● Excellent written and verbal communication skills● Strong organizational and project management skills● Ability to confidently interact with all levels of management● Demonstrate good judgment and a positive attitude● Maintain strict confidentiality of data and information● Effectively manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks● Experience working both independently and collaboratively Annual Base Salary: $100,000 - $140,000. Base salary does not include discretionary bonus, if eligible, or benefits.
