Meet the Team

The Human Resources Department at Millennium covers the full spectrum of HR disciplines. Through high-touch, impactful solutions, the team helps optimize organizational performance and focuses on providing a great working environment and culture that attracts, engages and retains the best talent in the industry. Within HR, the campus recruiting team builds strategic university partnerships and leads early-career hiring for Millennium’s Technology organization, including AI, software engineering, data science and infrastructure, partnering closely with Technology leadership to deliver high-impact campus programs and internship experiences that attract and develop top technical talent.

What You'll Do

• Support the end-to-end campus recruiting lifecycle for candidates across Technology teams, including software engineering, AI, data science and infrastructure roles.
• Partner with Technology leaders to align campus hiring strategies with team-specific needs across AI, platform engineering and quantitative technology functions.
• Help design, coordinate and continuously improve a best-in-class internship program for Technology teams across multiple offices, ensuring alignment with Millennium’s values and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top universities, including faculty, career services and technical student organizations, to sustain a robust pipeline of technology talent.
• Plan and execute on-campus and in-house recruiting events—such as hackathons, tech talks and coding competitions—that effectively promote Millennium’s brand and attract top-tier technical candidates.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Technology managers and candidates throughout the recruiting process and internship programs, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience.
• Track, analyze and report on campus recruiting and internship metrics to measure program success, surface insights and drive data-informed enhancements to strategies and processes.
• Manage candidate tracking and reporting in Millennium’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 5 years of campus or university recruiting experience, including exposure to recruiting for technology, engineering or quantitative roles.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with technical leaders and cross-functional partners in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated experience contributing to innovative, results-oriented recruiting strategies and programs.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to cultivate trust with universities, candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, AI tools and technical assessments, and comfort leveraging data and reporting to inform decisions.
• Experience planning and supporting campus events, hackathons and other technology-focused recruiting initiatives.

Salary Range

Millennium offers a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $145,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
