Meet the Team
We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated People Development & Engagement (Learning & Development) Manager to join the Human Resources department of Millennium. This role is ideal for someone with 10 years of experience from Financial Services in learning and development, program management or a related field and who is passionate about driving employee growth and development in a fast-paced environment. The individual must have a detailed understanding of investment professionals having worked in a role supporting this population.
As a People Development & Engagement (Learning & Development) Manager at Millennium, your main responsibility is to play a key role in managing the delivery of impactful learning programs to support the development of our workforce and meet the needs of employees at all levels.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of APAC learning programs, including planning, scheduling, logistics, and evaluation.
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and delivery milestones across regional learning initiatives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, local coordinators, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Facilitate regional sessions and workshops, including speaker briefing, program hosting, and large-group delivery.
- Design and adapt learning content for APAC needs while maintaining alignment with global standards.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and business leaders to align learning with business priorities.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for learning opportunities, career development guidance, and regional support.
- Use LMS, metrics, and analytics to track participation, measure impact, identify improvements, and support reporting and administration
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience in learning and development, program management or a related field
- Self-directed, solution orientated and organized problem solver with a desire to contribute to Millennium’s reputation and success
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, stakeholder management, with poise and confidence to interact with individuals of all levels
- Strong program management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills working collaboratively across a global team of colleagues
