Our Investment Professional Development (IPD) team is dedicated to the growth and development of our investment analysts. The team focuses on developing investment professional skills with the goal of driving superior alpha generation and enhancing team investment processes by analyzing, consolidating, and sharing best practices, training the investment team population, and preparing analyses and data with partners across the firm.
What you’ll do
• Drive operational excellence for the Investment Professional Development team across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Tokyo by building scalable administrative processes that increase team efficiency and impact
• Manage complex calendars, coordinate high-priority meetings, and build best-in-class meeting logistics for investment professionals and cross-functional stakeholders
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, build detailed itineraries, and manage timely expense reporting to support seamless business travel
• Plan and coordinate team activities, training sessions, and internal events, including end-to-end logistics and vendor coordination
• Partner with investment teams, Compliance, Finance, Facilities, and Technology to build integrated solutions for onboarding suppliers, managing office needs, and supporting desk-level operations
• Identify process inefficiencies and build practical improvements or tools to streamline workflows and elevate service delivery
What’s required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
• 3+ years of administrative support experience, with at least 1 year supporting investment professionals, operations, or other client-facing teams in a financial services or professional services environment
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese required
• Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for multiple team members
• Proven ability to coordinate meetings and events with external parties, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and logistics
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
