We are looking for an Appian Developer with AI and RPA expertise, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business process management (BPM) solutions using the Appian platform. You will leverage the latest Appian features, along with AI and RPA technologies, to enhance automation and efficiency in business processes. This role requires a strong understanding of Appian architecture, AI technologies, and RPA tools, along with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Business Process Management team within Technology. Using Appian low code platform, you work collaboratively with our team and end-users to automate workflows and business processes. You will work directly with end users, throughout our global offices, to understand and define current state, develop future state and delivery of the applications. Specifically, you will:
- Design, develop, and implement Appian-based BPM solutions to meet business requirements, utilizing new Appian features such as:
- Appian Low-Code Data: Integrate and manage data efficiently using Appian's enhanced low-code data capabilities.
- Appian RPA: Utilize Appian's native RPA functionalities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes.
- Appian AI Services: Implement AI-driven insights and automation using Appian's built-in AI capabilities.
- Dynamic User Interfaces: Create responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Appian's latest UI components.
- Enhanced Integration Options: Leverage Appian's improved integration features to connect with external systems and APIs seamlessly.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Integrate AI and RPA technologies to enhance process automation and decision-making capabilities.
- Develop and maintain Appian applications, including process models, rules, interfaces, and reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Appian applications and integrations.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Appian, AI, and RPA technologies.
- Document technical specifications, user guides, and other project-related documentation.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure successful project delivery and implementation.
What’s required
We are looking for an energetic, analytical, and organized developer who is self-motivated and has passion for improving business processes.
- 2+ years of experience of developing applications in Appian or other business process management system
- Experience with SDLC/application development lifecycle
- Experience integrating business workflow with different technology platforms using native integration components
