Join our HR team as a Benefits Specialist in London. In this role you will play an important part in managing and evolving our employee benefits programmes across multiple EMEA locations. Working closely with the Global Benefits Manager, you will help ensure our benefits programmes remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business and employee needs. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple jurisdictions while contributing to the delivery of a high-quality benefits experience for employees.
Your future role at QRT:
Support the management of QRT’s benefits programmes across EMEA
Coordinate insurance renewals and support vendor and broker relationships across the region
Promote benefits programmes through effective employee communications and engagement initiatives
Support benefits benchmarking initiatives and maintain benefits data, reporting and analytics
Identify opportunities to improve benefits processes, tools and programmes to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience
Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements across all benefit programmes
Liaise with benefits vendors and providers to resolve issues and support programme improvements aligned with local business needs
Act as a point of contact for employee benefits queries, providing guidance and support
Support benefits operations, including enrolments and census updates, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing
Work closely with the Global Benefits Manager to support the implementation of the regional benefits strategy
Your present skillset:
Proven experience supporting employee benefits programmes, ideally within a global or multinational organisation
Experience supporting benefits across multiple EMEA jurisdictions is advantageous
Familiarity with benefits platforms or related technology would be beneficial
Exposure to Workday is advantageous
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain benefits clearly to employees
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
A collaborative and proactive mindset, with the ability work effectively both independently and within a team
