Susquehanna International Group is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Post Trade Technology team, who are responsible for processing and storing all trading-related activities across the APAC region. This part of the team builds applications used to automate many of the post trade processes, and provides robust systems that comply with all financial, regulatory and accounting requirements across our various APAC regional locations.

What we're looking for
- 7+ years of professional software development experience delivering enterprise‑grade solutions using C#, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle in complex, high‑availability environments
- Expert‑level understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming and software design principles, including SOLID, common design patterns, and approaches for building scalable, maintainable systems
- Proven ability to lead the design, development, and implementation of large‑scale client/server applications, providing architectural direction and ensuring alignment with best practices
- Strong experience in application and database architecture, including schema design, performance optimization, complex query development, and data integrity management
- Demonstrated capability to own systems and features end‑to‑end, from requirements analysis and technical design through implementation, deployment, and ongoing support
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, facilitate technical discussions, and influence architectural and design decisions
- Experience mentoring junior developers, conducting constructive code reviews, and promoting coding standards, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively with product owners, business analysts, and cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions
- Comfortable working within Agile and enterprise SDLC environments, balancing delivery deadlines, technical debt, and long‑term system sustainability
