What you'll do

• Design and execute experiments to improve our LLM-powered ETL pipelines
• Fine-tune, test, and deploy state-of-the-art LLMs in production
• Contribute to a culture of risk-taking and rapid testing
• Work with senior engineers to find technical solutions for complex business problems

What we're looking for

• Fundamentals in TypeScript, Python, SQL and NoSQL
• Basic experience with open source and 3rd party LLMs
• Basic experience with testing and evaluating LLMs
• A pragmatic, customer-focused approach, with a strong sense of ownership and belief in the Kadoa vision
• Effective communication skills, especially in a digital, remote-first environment
