We're looking for a hands-on GTM Engineer to own our GTM stack, grow awareness, and generate qualified pipeline. You'll work directly with the founders, our GTM team, and our engineers. Day to day, you'll build and run the systems behind our pipeline: CRM, enrichment, scoring, and outbound automation. You'll also help figure out the most compelling use cases for our datasets and AI agents, demonstrate real workflows that teams can adopt, and get those stories out through whatever format works best. The goal is to help people understand what they can actually do with Kadoa and make that feel concrete and exciting.
Think of it as a GTM systems builder who is genuinely obsessed with the product and knows how to write with depth.
What You'll Do
- Own and improve our GTM stack: CRM, lead enrichment, buying signals, and the scripts and AI agents that tie them together.
- Run outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn. You own targeting, messaging, sequencing, and follow-up.
- Turn inbound leads into pipeline by automating how we enrich, score, and follow up with leads.
- Deeply understand Kadoa's product, especially our AI agent, and continuously discover real-world use cases for our data that teams care about.
- Help turn those use cases into content, like our Insights pieces, and put it to work in outbound.
- Track everything from first touch to closed revenue. Run small experiments, kill what doesn't work, scale what does.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in growth, demand gen, or GTM engineering at a company selling data, analytics, or data infrastructure.
- A deep understanding of how buyers evaluate and purchase datasets and data platforms.
- Excellent writing skills.
- You've generated qualified pipeline before and can walk us through one campaign or system you built, how you measured it, and the numbers.
- Confidence with CRM systems, outreach tools, AI, and automation. You're technical enough to ship alone.
- Preferred: a passion for financial data. You like analyzing and visualizing it and have ideas on which signals could interest investors.
