What you'll do

• Design and evolve our AI and data pipeline architectures
• Optimize existing code for maintainability, embracing pragmatism over perfection.
• Scale and optimize our infrastructure to support growth in our core customer segments.
• Collaborate on integrating our platform within corporate infrastructures.
• Contribute to a culture of risk-taking and rapid testing, balancing speed with high quality.

What we're looking for

• Strong fundamentals in TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, and SQL databases.
• Experience with data pipelines.
• A pragmatic, customer-focused approach, with a strong sense of ownership and belief in the Kadoa vision.
• Effective communication skills, especially in a digital, remote-first environment.
• Experience working with LLMs and putting them in production.
• Previous experience working at a startup.
• Data engineering and ETL experience.
