You can now connect your own Google Secret Manager project to Kadoa and use existing secrets in workflows without copying them into Kadoa.

Set up the connection under Settings → Variables → Secret connections, then grant the displayed Kadoa broker identity Secret Accessor on the exact secrets you want to use. Add a secret variable by pasting its Google Cloud resource name.

Kadoa reads the latest enabled version when the workflow starts. The value stays in your Google Cloud project, and you can revoke access at any time. If Kadoa can no longer read it, the workflow stops before the script begins.
