You’ll serve as a senior hands-on engineering lead within the EUC team. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Develop roadmaps and long-term plans for EUC services, working alongside the business to identify, design, and architect new technologies, features, and innovations that could be beneficial to business needs.
- Serve as a hands-on technical owner for a set of critical technologies that the EUC team supports, including designing, implementing, upgrading, and operating solutions across the end-user computing space, from next-generation mobile experiences to enterprise AI integrations within collaboration platforms.
- Act as a liaison and senior escalation point for high-level troubleshooting of the Windows desktop operating system, working strategically with other engineering teams to expand the firm’s automation toolset and drive various technology initiatives for the firm.
- Mentor engineers and operations staff, fostering their growth and enabling them to deliver complex projects independently.
