• Strong understanding of how repo, treasury, and operations functions intersect with trading, risk, and core market infrastructure
• Solid product knowledge across global rates, emerging markets, credit, mortgages, total return swaps, bond forwards, and CLO manager infrastructure
• Familiarity with mandatory US repo clearing, evolving EMEA clearing frameworks, sponsored FICC repo access, and broader FCM and clearing infrastructure
• Strong understanding of balance sheet concepts, regulatory constraints, and resource optimization across netting, margining, and cash utilization
• Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives through completion
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to drive alignment across trading, treasury, operations, technology, risk, and finance
• High attention to detail, sound judgment, adaptability, and comfort working with data, dashboards, and AI-enabled productivity and analytics tools
