As a campus Recruitment Coordinator you will work closely with the Campus Recruitment team to provide a good candidate experience and maintain operational excellence. What you’ll do As Campus Recruitment Coordinator, your key responsibilities include: Manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records Coordinate the full recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, sending technical assessments, and facilitating candidate communications Oversee logistics for final-round onsite interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers Coordinate and execute campus recruiting events, including sell events and interview days Support the recruiting team with ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as needed What you’ll get You'll join a culture of collaboration and excellence, surrounded by curious thinkers and creative problem-solvers.
