Verition focuses on global investment strategies including Credit, Fixed Income & Macro, Convertible & Volatility Arbitrage, Event-Driven, Equity Long/Short & Capital Markets, and Quantitative Strategies.</p>
<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p>
<p>Verition is seeking a motivated Operations Associate to join its FX Operations team. The Associate will be responsible for daily cash and position reconciliation across a high volume of transactions, multiple accounts, counterparties, and asset classes, leveraging a suite of internal and third-party systems. You will work closely with Trading, Technology, and other Operations teams to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of breaks.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform daily cash and position reconciliations across internal systems, external platforms, and Prime Brokers.</li>
<li>Escalate and drive timely resolution of outstanding breaks.</li>
<li>Identify process gaps and partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.</li>
<li>Support trade capture for FX strategies. Track and manage trade lifecycle events including expiries, cashflows, and marking positions</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience & requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2-5 years of experience in investment management or fund operations.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of productions FX spot, forwards, NDF, swaps, and exotic FX options.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of trade lifecycle.</li>
<li>Familiarity with OMS platforms and prime broker portals Bloomberg AIM, Orchestrade, or Geneva experience preferred.</li>
<li>Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high intensity environment.</li>
