FA&R delivers forward-looking financial analysis, actionable business insights, and reporting to support strategic decision-making across the firm. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, shape financial planning processes, and drive improvements in analytical capabilities and reporting standards.

Lead cross-functional and firmwide projects to address key business strategy questions through rigorous financial analysis.
Drive development and maintenance of the firm’s financial forecasts, ensuring robust scenario planning and budgeting processes.
Manage the creation of recurring and ad hoc financial reporting for the firm’s senior leadership, translating complex results into clear, actionable insights.
Assess key drivers of revenue, expenses, capital needs, and other financial outcomes to inform business decisions.
Build and enhance scalable models, tools, and reporting frameworks to improve data quality, efficiency, and decision support.
