- Partner with L&D content leads and key stakeholders to develop, deliver, and evaluate learning offerings across a range of domains, including professional effectiveness, written communication, leader and manager development, financial and technical skills, mentoring, and onboarding.
- Contribute to the design of highly customized learning experiences in collaboration with internal/external subject matter experts, which may include case-based workshops, one-on-one tutorials, AI-enabled simulations, group coaching, written guides, and other bespoke formats.
- Facilitate learning sessions based on your areas of expertise.
- Manage and contribute to multiple workstreams simultaneously, coordinating across stakeholders and helping drive projects forward from concept through delivery.
- Stay current on the rapidly evolving AI landscape and its applicability to L&D, bringing thoughtful perspectives on how innovative application of AI can enhance learning design, delivery, learner experience, and business impact.
