The D. E. Shaw group seeks a people analytics professional to join its Human Capital (HC) Analytics team as a research associate. Members of HC Analytics are curators of employee data and leverage it to help answer strategic and operational talent questions for leaders across the business. Use inferential statistics and social science research methods to conduct internal studies for business leaders, enabling them to make data-informed decisions about their people.
Run analyses with people data, write reports that weave insights together into a compelling narrative, and develop visualizations for an executive audience.
Work on a range of people analytics projects related to recruiting and talent assessment, development, management, and retention.
