Job Description:
Key areas of responsibility
- Corporate access planning and logistics
- Broker relations
- Corporate relations
- Analytics and budgeting
- Develop and execute on branding strategy for Passaic Capital to brokers and corporates
A successful hire would be able to:
- Represent our brand with important external relationships
- Meet with an investor relations person and sell them on bringing management to our offices (or even a regular post-EPS update call)
- Effectively advocate on our behalf with brokers
- Credibly work with our PMs and analysts
- Help us design and implement an approach to planning and prioritizing corporate access
- Explain our approach to valuing and paying for corporate access to brokers, and effectively negotiate (at least some) broker agreements
Qualifications:
- Buyside corporate access experience preferred. Sell side or buy side a must
- Good academic credentials
- 4+ years post college but open to much longer too
- NY based or willing to move to NYC or work from the NYC office
- Strong communicator, both verbal and written
- Experience with branding and marketing, a plus
- Maturity and presence
- Ability to work with external parties and able to negotiate for our interests/needs
- Social and relationship oriented
The estimated base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
