We are building an internal AI platform for LLM. Build and operate production AI services including RAG, agentic workflows, retrieval infrastructure. You will collaborate with engineers.
Your future role:
- Develop AI services and APIs
- Improve RAG pipelines: ingestion, embeddings, retrieval
- Manage vector database performance, scalability, freshness
- Design APIs, support agentic workflows
- Integrate model serving endpoints into services
- Monitor latency, reliability, quality
- Implement prompt management, versioning
- Operate monitoring, tracing, logging, quality metrics
- Manage deployment, versioning, deprecation, incident response
Your present skillset:
- 4+ years in software/platform engineering
- Strong Kubernetes, containerised environments
- AWS, IAM, networking
- Hands-on RAG systems, production
- Vector databases
- Strong Python skills, production
- Understanding LLM fundamentals
- Strong communication skills
Nice to have: agentic AI, workflow orchestration, LLM evaluation, model serving, data engineering, certifications
