We are looking for a highly organised and creative Corporate Events Lead to join our Communications & Philanthropy team. This role will lead event planning and execution in Hong Kong and other APAC offices. Who we are looking for: you will shape and deliver a diverse line of events, foster cultural culture. You will manage event lifecycle from concept to execution, collaborate with global teams. Your future role: - Plan and deliver a range of events: office activities, celebrations, internal conferences - Source and manage speakers - Support external events with universities and social enterprises - Serve as primary event lead on-site, hands-on - Collaborate with office management and facilities - Provide logistics for internal and off-site events - gather feedback - Negotiate venue and suppliers - Recommend venues, restaurants, activities - Develop creative concepts Your present skill-set: - Highly organised, attention to detail, manage multiple events and deadlines - Excellent English communication, Cantonese is desirable - Creative thinker - Proven event management experience, local networks - Manage stakeholders in fast-paced environment - Promotional & marketing skills, understanding of communications, marketing, PR - Knowledge of AV, presentation tools, digital recording - Experience briefing speakers QRT is an equal opportunity employer.
