As an APAC Mobility and Immigration Specialist, based in Hong Kong or Singapore, you will provide expertise in mobility and immigration, partnering with HR, Finance, Compliance, and external providers.
Your responsibilities: manage end-to-end immigration process for APAC countries, including compliance, expiry and renewal. Oversee secondments, implement policy, identify process improvements, manage external providers, facilitate tax and relocation briefings, conduct audits, collaborate with global HR teams, provide technical advice, and market benchmark.
Your present skillset: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, experience managing Australia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore immigration, critical thinker, excellent communication, Workday HRIS knowledge, HR analytics tools, vendor experience preferred.
