Join our London office to lead Corporate Access, supporting our Analysts and Research teams by coordinating access to corporates, conferences and key industry events. You will build strong relationships with brokers and corporate Investor Relations teams to maximize corporate access opportunities across the firm.
Your future role within QRT:
Coordinate corporate access opportunities across investment teams, helping to maximize access opportunities.
Manage strong relationships with broker corporate access teams and conference organizers.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, non-deal roadshows, research trips, and other corporate events.
Work closely with investment teams to understand research priorities and facilitate access.
Maintain records, tracking and reporting on corporate access activity.
Partner with Compliance to ensure proper governance and documented controls.
Support process improvements as the corporate access function evolves.
Your present skillset:
Experience within corporate access, research coordination, research operations, investor relations, or a related function within financial services.
Understanding of the interaction between investment professionals, corporates, IR and sell-side providers.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records of meetings and reporting.
Analytical mindset experienced in producing reporting and management information.
Ability use Excel and familiarity with corporate access, CRM or event management systems beneficial
