QRT’s culture of innovation continuously drives our ambition to deliver high quality returns for our investors.\nYour Future Role within QRT: \n\nCreate high quality Crypto signals on various exchanges and platforms. \nMonitor your own trading, strategy performance and all relevant risks. \nYour core objective is to create high quality predictive signals. \nBy leveraging access to large and diversified datasets you will identify statistical patterns and opportunities. \nShare and discuss research results, methodology and data sets with other researchers. \nImplement signals and relevant datasets within the global execution platform. \nMonitor signal behavior and model performance over time. \nYou would lead the full strategy research lifecycle from signal generation to implementation. \n\nYour current skillset: \n\nProven track record in delivering successful Crypto systematic strategies. \nMinimum 2 years of experience in the financial industry. \nAdvanced degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, physics or engineering. \nStrong knowledge in statistical analysis, machine learning, NLP or AI techniques a strong plus. \nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment. \nGood fundamental crypto knowledge a plus. \nExperience with one or more of the below data: \nSpecific data sets, DeFi, latency-sensitive ML/AI, or production strategies. \nCoding skills in at least one leading programming language, Python preferred, C++ advantageous. \nIntellectual curiosity and ability to work independently. \nCollaborative environment with a global team. \n\nQRT is an equal opportunity employer.
