Your future role within the Company You will provide day to day operational support in the EMI/Monex International, managing and maintaining global network and security infrastructure, plus troubleshooting and resolving incidents. You will also participate in project work. Enhance system reliability and availability, and automation opportunities. The role will involve: • Onboarding trading counterparties and helping to maintain continuous processes for various stakeholders • Responding to due diligence questionnaires and ad hoc queries • Facing off with various parties, and resolving queries • Updating and maintaining relevant documents related to counterparties • Maintaining management information systems • Be an advocate for the firm by offering the best service possible • Collaborate with cross-functional teams Your present skillset: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • 3+ years of experience, ideally in a due diligence team • Team player, high attention to detail and excellent organisational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both English and Chinese) • Ambitious with the right ‘can-do’ attitude • Ability to deal with periodic load spikes and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
