Your future role within QRT: You will be part of the trading operations team, ensuring the stability and performance of our low-latency trading systems. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with trading and development teams. Key responsibilities include: • Manage the real-time trading environment from start to finish. • Monitor and respond to market and trading-oriented technical issues. • Troubleshoot and resolve problems at the application and infrastructure. • Develop and improve tools and automation for the team. • Provide clear and concise technical support. Your present skillset: • 3+ years of experience as a Trading Support or Site Reliability Engineer, ideally in financial services. • Strong knowledge of Linux. • Experience with scripting in Python or Bash. • Ability to work long hours in pressure, with enthusiasm. • Excellent communication skills. On-Call participation and minimal work outside business hours possible.
