Qube Research & Technologies (QRT) is a global quantitative and systematic investment manager, operating in all liquid asset classes across the world. We are a technology- and data-driven group implementing a scientific approach to investing. Your will work within the Cyber Security function, producing and delivering security initiatives. The team partners with Technology, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams and senior leaders to ensure highly effective programmes, aligned with business priorities. Your Future Role within QRT: - Lead end-to-end delivery of cyber security projects within a programme - Manage multiple concurrent workstreams: identity access, cloud security, risk treatment, compliance - Develop and manage project plan, timeline, resource allocation - Take governance, ensuring risk, assumptions, issues, dependencies - Drive stakeholder engagement and clear expectations - Translate cyber security into business outputs - Deliver dashboards (Power BI or Tableau) to enable decision-making - Maintain programme track and share metrics - Identify and manage risks - Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and engineering - Ensure compliance with internal, external, regulatory standards Your Present Skillset: - Experience in project execution in complex IT or cyber environments - Solid understanding of IT infra, cloud, security principles - Usage of Power BI/Tableau for reporting and dashboards - Experience in reporting and structured data - Strong project management knowledge (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) - Excellent stakeholder and communication skills - Experience with cyber security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and CIS - Experience with cyber security and transformation programmes - Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) - Familiar with GRC tools or security platforms - Experience in regulated environment
