You will work on securing AI systems across the firm, including LLM-powered applications, AI tooling, agents, and supporting infrastructure. The role focuses on embedding security into the design, development, and operation of AI systems, working closely with engineering and platform teams to enable safe and scalable adoption. This is a strong hands-on role facing technology and architecture, and will involve defining and implementing security patterns and guidance across the organization. Your future role within QRT Partner with technical and business teams to define security requirements for AI projects. Facilitate threat modelling and security reviews of AI applications and ML pipelines. Design and implement security controls for AI services, especially around data and secrets. Define security patterns for data access, storage, retrieval, and inference processes. Assess and document risks, propose mitigation strategies, and consult on design. Develop security training and materials for AI development teams. Support security assessments, vendor reviews, and incident response related to AI. Contribute to QRT’s broader security community. Your present skillset Strong understanding of data science / ML stack and LLM security. Hands-on experience with threat modeling, secure design review, and secure coding. Knowledge of common AI strains (prompt injection, data leakage, etc.). Experience with cloud-based ML services (AWS, GCP) and AI tooling. Ability to communicate complex concepts across teams.
