Your future role at QRTWe are looking for an exceptional Software Engineer to be an integral member of our Data Engineering team. We work closely to solve challenging problems that have direct impact on our business and trading. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, building, and expanding our data platform, with a focus on the development of our new data pipeline framework. You will have the opportunity to develop highly scalable and performant solutions, while partnering with various stakeholders including our business stakeholders. Prior experience with financial data is beneficial but not necessary; we welcome talented developers from all backgrounds. Your responsibilities will include: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust services following industry best practices Develop reusable libraries and components for our Data Integration team and researchers Collaborate with engineers and researchers to optimize our data architecture and implement new features Provide reactive support to users of our services Your present skillset 7+ years of professional software engineering Specialist in modern C++, and Python is required Strong software design, data structure, and algorithm concepts You have experience with data pipelines, data ingestion, and data transformation.
