APAC Senior Technology Buyer, focusing on sourcing technology suppliers for office and data centers globally. Responsibilities include strategic sourcing, negotiation, contract management, governance, and performance optimization. Existing procurement skills in technology categories, preferred with 2-7 years experience in fast-paced, agile, financial services. Responsibilities include: APAC Strategic Sourcing & Category Management: - Lead end-to-end APAC sourcing initiatives, preparing for negotiation and contract. - Execute sourcing strategies across Technology categories (Hardware, Software, Services, Telecom). - Experience with support and delivery of Technology DataCenter Hardware in multiple APAC countries, including India. - Optimise supply chains and lead times to support market speed. - Track market trends to support Technology and procurement decisions. - Lead end-to-end processes: RFIs/RFPs, supplier evaluation, commercial modelling. Supplier & Contract Management: - Manage key suppliers (e.g., hardware vendors). - Negotiate complex contracts, including pricing, SLAs, service credits. - Oversee contract lifecycle. Governance, Risk & Compliance: - Ensure compliance and audit standards. - Manage third-party risk (data privacy, cybersecurity, operational resilience). - Manage performance KPIs. Operational Excellence: - Drive process improvement. - Use procurement tools and analytics to enhance decision. - Monitor performance via KPIs and SLAs. Skills: Technology procurement, contract negotiation, vendor management, supply chain, hardware supply, APAC experience, CIPS/CPSM.
