Act as the main point of contact between candidates, interviewers and hiring teams, resolving scheduling issues and keeping processes on track. Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS. Deliver a professional, responsive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates at every stage. Represent QRT at university events and careers fairs where required. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment projects. Your Present Skillset Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent 0–2 years' experience in recruitment coordination, operations, administration, events, or a similar stakeholder-facing role. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
