About the data
- Market cap is the closing price on 23 Oct 2026 times the shares outstanding, counting every share class. S&P weights the index by float, the shares available to trade, so these shares differ slightly from official index weights.
- Week is the change in market cap from the previous Friday's close.
- Revenue is the latest full fiscal year reported to the SEC in XBRL, so fiscal years end at different dates; an older year is marked, with an asterisk where a newer report exists. For banks it is net interest income plus fees and other income. Price to sales is market cap divided by that revenue.
- Employees is the latest count from companiesmarketcap.com until each company's 10-K figure is in. 5 companies have no count yet and show a dash.
- Connections are the other S&P 500 companies that share at least one director or officer with a company, from SEC Forms 3, 4 and 5. How links are counted.
