Your future role within QRT We are seeking a motivated and versatile Production Support Engineer to join the company. This key role is for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are eager to support a variety of technologies and deliver continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day production support and monitoring. • Conduct incident management, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis. • Lead problem and change management, with a focus on automation. • Implement and maintain scripts for automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell) • Work with development and business teams. • Ensure service levels, and contribute and Discord. Required Skills & Experience: • 3+ years in a technical production support role, ideally within trading/market access. • Experience with trading software (FIX/FIX/OpenWire) and SQL. • Good scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell). • Familiarity with Linux (Ubuntu, RedHat), Windows server. • Strong relational database skills (SQL Server, PostgreSQL). • Experience with CI/CD (Git, Jenkins/declarative pipelines). • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
