About the Role

Position Overview

The Payroll Analyst serves as a key subject matter expert for payroll operations across the APAC and EMEA regions, with responsibility for supporting the delivery, oversight, and continuous improvement of complex multi-jurisdictional payroll processes. This role partners closely with Payroll Analysts in the UK and Tokyo as part of the broader Global Payroll team, while also liaising with key stakeholders in the Americas. Based within the EMEA Finance and Administration team in London, the position operates at the intersection of Finance, Administration, Human Resources, and other global business functions, requiring strong collaboration, sound judgment, and a high degree of professionalism.
